ANTI-NAUSEA SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1 kale leaf
1/3 cup fresh pineapple
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
3 inch piece of peeled cucumber
1/2 pinky size piece of ginger
1/2 peeled lime
1 frozen banana
8 ounces of coconut water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep and wash ingredients.  Put liquid ingredients in blender first, then add all remaining ingredients.  Blend on high until smooth.

Voilà.... Goodbye, nausea!  Enjoy, Tribe!
