EASY SQUEEZY ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup steamed sweet potato
1 medium ripe banana
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon and turmeric
1 tbsp. Toco powder (optional)
1 pinky size piece of ginger
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 handful of ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put liquid ingredients in blender first, then add all remaining ingredients.  Blend on high until smooth.
