Hi Tribe!!

Are you feeling stressed?  Tired?  Exhausted?  US TOO.  Sometimes we need to stop everything we're doing, literally, and take a break to relax, recharge and feel our bodies actually BREATHE.:)  Life gets so busy and we deserve to set time aside for ourselves so that we can release built up tension that's been carried throughout the week. Here is an awesome bath guide for you to indulge in.

P.S.  We suggest leaving your phones, tablets, ipads and any other unnecessary distractions AWAY while you take time for YOU.  Instagram, Facebook, emails, texts, etc. will be there for you when you're done.:)

Salt Bath detox ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Epsom Salt 
  • 2 cups baking soda 
  • 2-10 drops of lavender essential oil

(Optional items)

  • Scented soy candles 
  • Music for ambiance
  • Bath pillow/towel for comfort

*Fill bath with warm water.  Add epsom salt, baking soda & oil while water is still running.  Soak for 25-45 minutes.*
