These cookies are for everyone because they are gluten-free, grain-free, vegan and delicious!  You will probably want to make two batches because they will be gone before you know it.  If you want you can add some vegan chocolate chips to make them more indulgent or add chopped walnuts for an extra crunch!


1/2 cup creamy almond butter or nut-butter of your choice
1 very ripe banana, mashed (about 1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons ground flax seed
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. maple syrup


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl
3. Wait 10 minutes to let ingredients settle
4. Take 12 spoonful’s of mixture roll and place on cookie sheet
5. Bake for 10 minutes turning the pan halfway through to make sure the are being cooked evenly
6. Let cookies cool for 10 minutes
